Ben Patrick is a trainer and coach who has recently grown in popularity online for his kneesovertoesguy exercise program addressing knee pain. Maybe it was Joe Rogans influence or the fact that some of the exercises are unusual but the program seems to work. Ben Patrick displays a ridiculous range of motion with his movements on social media. Either way the internet is talking so there’s something to learn.
