What I Learned From David Sinclair About Anti-Aging (Diet And Supplements)

I first heard professor David Sinclair on Joe Rogans podcast. At Harvard, Dr Sinclair focuses on the epigenetics of aging, factors that can extend or shorten our life span. While Dr Sinclair primarily focuses on supplements, we will discuss food and dietary interventions as well.
What I Learned From David Sinclair: The Supplements
- NMN is key longevity and anti aging supplement. Nicotinamide Mononucleotide has been studied to slow down many components of aging. As a precursor to the important metabolic nutrient, NAD+, by supplementing with 1 gram of NMN per day may repair our DNA.
