Cam Hanes is a bowhunter, writer, social media personality, motivator and athlete. Famous for running close to a marathon every day, cam provides motivation on his instagram where he encourages his followers to “shoot, run, lift’ every single day. All of this despite working 40 hours a week.
What I Learned From Cam Hanes: The Training
Just Keep Hammering: I know that’s Cameron's brand and quote but when you actually look at it, it means just keep working to get better. Make it a daily goal to yourself to do something to improve. It doesn’t need to be running a marathon daily like Cam, it means slowly progressing yourself forward.
