Who is Brooke Ence?

Brooke Ence is a trainer, entrepreneur, actress, social media celebrity and all around influencer who initially rose to fame as a Crossfit competitor. Once Brooke started posting videos on Youtube and Instagram her fame exploded.

What I Learned From Brook Ence: The Workouts

  • Fitness is very much a journey. Believe it or not, Brooke Ence used to compete in bodybuilding figure shows early in her career. While not uncommon for many influencers or crossfit athletes, it’s interesting to see her transformation. Obviously we’re talking about a lot of protein, a lot of meal and a lot of reps over that time but it underlines the point, fitness is a journey. It takes time and requires patience.
